Wondering if our Curt sofa is really as comfortable as it looks? Then try it out! Curt ships as a parcel, and with just two modules you get the full seating experience. So why not test it for a few days?

Pay a deposit – samples on loan

This item is a sample set consisting of two Curt modules and a fabric sample catalogue. Both modules are upholstered with two different fabric halves each, so you can put all four of our fabrics (Jet, Barcelona, Dama and Sera) to the test. The included fabric sample catalogue shows the available colours for each fabric.

Delivery terms: costs, shipping and return

We provide the sample for a period of one week. The price shown for this sample set is a deposit, refunded once it’s returned. Shipping costs for the set are added on top. Shipping costs for your delivery address are shown in the cart and at checkout once you’ve entered your address. The shipping costs shown cover both delivery and return.

Shipping costs are not refunded after return. When purchasing several modules, the shipping costs are credited as a voucher against the purchase price.

Shipping costs for delivery and return within Germany (€40) are credited as a voucher when purchasing 3 or more Curt modules. Shipping costs for delivery and return to the rest of the EU (EU €70–200, UK/CH/NO €200–300, US/CA €400–600) are credited as a voucher when purchasing 6 or more Curt modules. Costs for outbound shipping outside the EU are credited as a voucher when purchasing 8 or more modules (return shipping outside the EU is at your own cost).

Please note that depending on the country, we may not be able to guarantee pickup from your home. You may therefore need to drop the modules off at a parcel shop.

Important: if the set isn’t returned

Please note that the sample set must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. We’re happy to arrange a pickup (additional costs may apply depending on location). The value of the goods (not the shipping costs) will then be refunded.

If the return isn’t made within this period, a purchase agreement for the sample set takes effect. In this case, we’ll have to invoice you the regular purchase price of €1,170.

Step by step, here’s how it works:

1. Order the Curt sample set like any regular item in our online shop. The shipping costs for your delivery address are shown in the cart. You pay the deposit and shipping costs. After purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation from our system.
2. The sample set is shipped to your delivery address within the stated delivery time. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation. Parcels are delivered to your door.
3. Test Curt at home, thoroughly. Tip: place a low stool or pouf at one end as a footrest, and try out Curt’s excellent sleeping comfort too.
4. Once you’ve finished testing, at the latest after 7 days, please repack the samples in the packaging they arrived in. Please include the fabric sample set as well. Make sure the parcels are properly and securely sealed.
5. Once everything is ready for shipping, please get in touch. We’ll create your return label and can arrange a pickup for you too (additional costs may apply depending on location, or pickup may not be possible at all). Please note that we can’t arrange a fixed pickup appointment. Pickup usually takes place between 10am and 6pm on a working day of your choice.
6. Once the samples arrive at our warehouse, we’ll refund the deposit via your original payment method. You’ll also receive a voucher code for our online shop worth the shipping costs you paid when ordering the sample set. The voucher is valid for purchases of Curt modules or sofas worth at least €1,485 (equivalent to at least 3 modules) within Germany, €2,970 in the rest of the EU (at least 6 modules), or €3,960 outside the EU (at least 8 modules).
7. You can redeem the voucher code in the cart when you make your purchase in our online shop.

If no return is made, a purchase agreement for the sample set takes effect. In this case, we’ll have to invoice you the regular purchase price of €1,170.
