Outside the EU, we usually use UPS.<\/p>\n<p>The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected against transport damage. The goods are insured against shipping damage and the condition is documented before shipment. Therefore, please check the shipping box for damage before opening it and take a photo of any damage to the packaging. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged in addition to the packaging, this must be communicated to the logistics company on site. The delivery period is added to the stated times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Package transit times:<\/strong><br \/>Germany: usually between 2-3 days<br \/>EU: usually between 3-5 days<br \/>Outside the EU: 1-2 weeks<\/p>\n<p>Delivery within the stated time frame is to be expected, but cannot be guaranteed. Any delays in delivery by our transport service providers may occur in rare cases.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that depending on the composition of the shopping basket and especially in the case of orders with multiple packages, your delivery may be delivered by different shipping service providers and on different days.<\/p>\n<h4>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<h4>Return shipping:<\/h4>\n<p>If you do not like the goods or if they do not fit as expected, you can return them to us as a private person within 14 days without giving any reason. This does not apply to orders placed on a commercial or self-employed basis.<\/p>\n<p>Please inform us in advance about the return. As soon as we have received the goods, you will be refunded the value of the goods.
